1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing huntsmart.club or purchasing a HuntSmart membership, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
2. About HuntSmart
HuntSmart is owned and operated by Martin Riley, a licensed professional hunting guide based in Brandon, Manitoba, Canada. Our membership platform provides educational hunting content for adult members (18+) in Western Canada.
3. Membership Tiers
HuntSmart offers two membership tiers:
- Basic Membership: Access to the Field Guide, Species Modules, Gear Lists, Skills & Safety, and Regulations sections.
- Premium Membership: All Basic content plus the Video Library, bi-weekly Live Q&A sessions with Martin Riley, and Strategy Deep-Dive modules.
4. Payment Terms
All membership payments are processed securely through PayPal in Canadian dollars (CAD). By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the applicable membership fee. Prices are clearly displayed before checkout.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Memberships are non-refundable once access to member content has been granted. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact martin@huntsmart.club within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve it. We reserve the right to cancel a membership and issue a full refund at our discretion.
6. Member Access
To access your member dashboard, you must create a HuntSmart account using the same email address you used during payment. Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing account credentials with others is not permitted.
7. Content Disclaimer
The content provided on HuntSmart is for educational and informational purposes only. Hunting involves inherent risks, including serious injury or death. HuntSmart and Martin Riley are not liable for any injury, loss, or legal violation arising from the application of information found on this platform. Always follow all applicable provincial and federal hunting regulations.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on huntsmart.club — including guides, videos, strategy materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of Martin Riley and HuntSmart. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any content without written permission.
9. Prohibited Conduct
- Sharing login credentials
- Reproducing or redistributing member content
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Harassing other members or staff
10. Changes to Terms
HuntSmart reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manitoba.
